The profile of IMBA comparison system as a tool in enterprise integration management

The tremendous opportunities of enterprise integration management (BEM) are founded on the cooperative trust between stakeholders and contact persons not only in problem clarification but also in seeking solutions. Apart from the suitability of the contact person, the objectivity in the analysis and evaluation of the BEM problem is also necessary. Thus BEM generates the need for procedures and tools that increase transparency and objectivity especially with regard to the actual situation of stress of employees at the workplace. It is exactly for this task that the profile comparison system (IMBA) is proposed.

IMBA offers the possibility of making differentiated conclusions on stress, such as the excessive demands and accompanying dangers on employees, in enterprises. The application of the appropriate software (MARIE) enables the establishment of data and comparison profiles on individual cases as well as on the overall complex system based on the skills of employees and the requirements of all job levels of the enterprise. This article offers practical examples on the application of MARIE at company-level.
